Fabulous breakfast! Excellent location. Very spacious.

Everything was perfect although they could do with extra staff on the check out counter at peak times.

Excellent value in a modern, clean hotel of excellent value in a safe area of the city.

Modern, safe, clean, excellent breakfast and good value.

Street noise was loud at night. Distant from many of downtown attractions.

Wonderful

The staff is friendly and professional. Loved the bed and cushion. The toiletries smell great. I liked the breakfast there was enough choices to choose from. The surroundings is safe and there is always someone at the entrance of the hotel to open and close the door. I felt super safe. Lots of restaurant and supermarkets close-by. I booked tours and the hotel was on their list for pick up.

Please put either cups of glasses in the room. I bought juice at the supermarket but there weren't any glasses/cups so i had to drinks it from the carton. Also spoons, forks, knife would be great.

Good hotel, excellent employees, convenient location

This is probably my 4th time staying at this hotel. The employees and staff members are all great people and super nice. They were able to answer any and all questions. The breakfast buffet was fresh and excellent as always. The hotel itself including the rooms and dining area were sparkly clean and with daily room service. The hotel is surrounded by several stores, restaurants, coffee shops, atm's, etc.

The hotel is located in a very busy intersection and traffic can get very noisy most of the time. The AC was not working properly but I think that's in every room. And the wifi was not working most of the time.

Overall we were satisfied with this place and glad we chose to stay here.

Nice decent room in a great location. Malls and restaurants were in walking distance. It was easy to walk to the bus station.

The furniture in the room was a bit old. The drain in the shower was clogged so the shower area was slippery.
